Can I change how far in advance clients can book appointments?

Yes! Follow these steps:

1. Login to your provider portal at provider.clearhead.org.nz.
2. Click your name on the top right of the screen. In the drop down menu, click My account.
3. Under your profile picture, click Booking settings.
4. Click the drop-down menu below Booking time in advance to select how much notice you require before an appointment.
