You can dedicate as much, or as little, time to Clearhead clients as you choose. There are no expectations in this regard.

Our only expectations are:

  1. You endeavour to respond to Clearhead appointment requests within 48 hours (ideally 24 hours).
  2. You ensure your availability is up to date and clear for users to see on the Clearhead platform. For example, if you're not able to accept new clients, your profile should make this clear.

You can choose to leave Clearhead at any time. Just email therapist-support@clearhead.org.nz and we will delete your profile on your behalf.
