Please ensure all appointments are created on the Clearhead platform for accountability purposes.

  • You can prompt the client to book the next appointment on the Clearhead website

OR

  • You can create the appointment directly on the Clearhead provider portal yourself.

Steps to create an appointment if you choose to do this directly on the provider portal:

  1. On the left-hand navigation panel click Appointment Calendar
  2. In the top right corner, click Create Appointment, fill in the details of your appointment. If the appointment is for an existing client, search their name and their details will be pre-populated.
  3. Click Create Appointment
  • Once the appointment is created, the client will automatically be emailed a confirmation email with the appointment details.
  • The client also gets an automatic email reminder 24 hours before the session
