  1. The price of my service is wrong on the invoice.
  2. The incorrect fee is showing.
  3. The case number is wrong.
  4. The session number is wrong.

Please click on the “Need Help” link on the invoice, highlighted in red below:

This will open up a form where you can select the issues relating to your invoice, once submitted this will alert our team to resolve and respond within 48 - 72 hours.
