It's important to know how to distinguish between them, as their invoicing processes are not the same: Distinguishing between EAP & Private clients

 

At Clearhead, we don't manually allocate referrals to you! Instead, clients book with you directly through your profile and you'll receive an email notification whenever this happens.

 

EAP (funded) 

  • These are funded therapy bookings, being made by people whose workplace (e.g. Sharesies), organisation (e.g. UniMed Insurance), or institute (e.g. Whitecliffe College) are partnered with us.

  • For these bookings you will invoice Clearhead directly using our automated system starting from 15/12/23.

  • Note! The email notification you receive currently refers to these as Clearhead for Business' Wellbeing Scheme. They'll be marked as EAP in your Provider Portal.

 

Private (self-funded)

  • Are general members of the public, who are booking with you privately through your profile.
  • That means Clearhead isn't involved in the invoicing side of things, so you will have to sort payment with the client directly.

  • Note! These booking will be marked as Private on your Provider Portal.
